Every piece from Kindred Oak Creations LLC is carefully produced and shipped according to the following terms:
CUSTOMER-PAID SHIPPING COSTS
All shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are calculated live at checkout based on the final weight, dimensions, and delivery destination of your package.
PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIMES
All items are made to order. Our current production lead times vary:
  • Standard Items: Shift to production and ship out quickly.
  • Personalized & Custom Items: Require extra processing time to handcraft, laser cut, assemble, and finish.
  • Production timelines refer to the time before a package handles shipment, not delivery time. Lead times may vary or extend during peak holiday shopping seasons.
SHIPPING ESTIMATES & CARRIER ISSUES
We ship orders using trusted domestic carriers, including USPS and UPS.
  • Delivery speeds and transit windows are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
  • Kindred Oak Creations LLC is not responsible for transit delays caused by severe weather, carrier routing errors, or high seasonal volumes.
  • We are not responsible for packages lost in transit that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, or orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the customer is responsible for the new reshipping fees.
